Ye Neelam Sa Isaq

Ye Neelam sa Isaq

Neelam (The Blue Sapphire) - Saturn’s stone is assumed to be one of most beautiful, strongest and fastest acting stone. The stories around it says that if it suits you can become billionaire within days and if it doesn’t suites even if you are some king you will be doomed to become beggar. Same is the love. Out there are so many stories revolving around this uncontrollable mysterious emotion: Few beautiful and few hate mongering, few making us cheerful and inspiring us while others sad and sympathising. I dedicate my poem to all those who ever fell in Love, are in Love and will fall in Love, in simple to the whole mankind. On this Valentine Day, Congratulations to all those who have found their soul-mates while those who are yet to find “All the Best. It will surely come.”
As a closing note recently my sister has a quote as her Whatsapp Status and I really felt that it’s very true from the core of my heart:
“Getting loved by someone increases your strength, Loving someone increases your bravery…”

Ek roj Suraj aur chand ek saath ug aaye
Jinhe dekh k ek pal ko hum bi chakaraye,
Paya khud ko, kinare khade, ek samadar ke
Dekhte ek doobte dil ko us nile jal me
Ye gulabi isaq, Ye Neelam sa isaq
Wo khule baal, wo pyaari aankhe aur nukili naak
Wo hasi, aur nikal gayi hamare dil se Hay!!
Unka saaf dil jyo ek pardarsi kanch
Aur to aur maa sharda bi meharbaan.
Ye shwet isaq, Ye neelam sa isaq
Unse milna bas jyo achacha lagane laga
Kuch kahane- sunane ko jee machalane laga
Na jaane kya tha us kaynaat me
Mera dil mujhse hi bagawat karne laga
Ye laal isaq, Ye Neelam sa isaq
Jinka udate the majak kabhi
Unki betabiya samajh aane lagi
Na jaane kyu jindagi bich samandar
Ek kasti ki tarah lahrane lagi
Ye neela isaq, Ye neelam sa isaq
Hai sab rang isme jeevan ke
Mujahideen bana deta h isaq,
Sah gaya to raja, na saha to bhikhari.
Ajab sa hai ye fitoori isaq…
Ek naimish ka Isaq, Ye neelam sa isaq.
